Data Protection Safeguards

Privacy Shield
Policy.

Effective June 10, 2026. This document explains how ACEDreamsLLC collects, processes, and protects your information across our telecommunication modules.

1. Introduction

At ACEDreamsLLC, protection of business records and operational privacy stands central to our telecom deployment workflows. This Privacy Shield Policy describes our rigorous approach regarding the collection, transmission, and safe-keeping of records generated when accessing our services. This covers cloud-based interactive voice responses, predictive dialed calls, SIP trunk configurations, and multi-channel ticketing desks.

2. Information Collection

We gather specified data streams necessary to host and manage functional telecom solutions:

  • Account Configurations: Commercial details including company structures, designated emails, authorized telephone points, and integrated portal configurations.
  • Call Metric Records (CDR): Call timings, target numbers, route sources, and codec packet distributions used for monitoring system reliability and diagnostic tasks.
  • Interface Interactions: Basic diagnostic records consisting of browser configurations, network access paths, IP footprints, and visual portal usage logs.

3. Cookies & Tracking

Our websites and platform control consoles utilize small web tracking files, or cookies, to maintain safe account configurations and trace dashboard usages. These fall into distinct functional modules:

  • Essential Cookies: Critical for verifying identity levels and retaining persistent portal configurations across continuous user sessions.
  • Performance Analytics: Aggregate tracker structures showing how audiences interact with descriptive sections. These contain no personal records.

4. Data Usage

Collected records are processed under clear legal structures. They are used for:

  • Providing primary routing operations, auto-dial functions, and billing statements.
  • Performing dynamic system maintenance, trace analyses, and resolving operational failures.
  • Managing emergency communication links and verifying call structures match local telecommunication laws.

5. Data Sharing

We do not rent, trade, or distribute business profile records to third-party marketing companies. Data is shared only with verified downstream carriers, telecommunication networks, and service partners required to deliver calls, or when legal mandates demand disclosure under state or national laws.

6. User Rights

Depending on regional legal jurisdictions (including the CCPA or GDPR framework), registered organizations and key users retain clear options:

  • The right to inspect active logs, call structures, and personal records stored within our databases.
  • The right to adjust outdated details, adjust target routing details, or modify operational profiles.
  • The right to request deletion of non-essential usage data, provided there are no lingering telecom billing obligations or statutory retention requirements.

7. Security Measures

We use administrative, technical, and physical protection systems designed to prevent unauthorized access. Transmission routes are encrypted using standard Transport Layer Security (TLS/SSL). System logs are hosted inside secure colocation sites utilizing managed access controls and routine inspection schedules.

8. Third-Party Services

Our platform includes API integrations to connect with third-party customer management portals (CRMs) and database directories. This policy does not apply to external destinations. We advise users to review the descriptive policies published on those third-party sites before establishing network integrations.
